Why not plan to be there?

At the business ministry team meeting this morning it was mentioned that it would be good if there was somewhere that listed who was coming to town throughout the year.  We’re in Melbourne so on this occasion we were talking about Melbourne. We are aware that Nicky Cruz was in Sydney recently.  How do we find out about these things in advance if we’re not mixing in the circles that know about them?
